You are one of the fittest men we have in the TV industry. So what is your daily workout regimen?
I swim daily for around 40 minutes in the morning followed by half an hour weights training.I also indulge in outdoor activities like night-tennis / badminton / basketball at night for approximately 30 minutes
What does your diet consist of?
Vegetable stew and Grilled Chicken is a must for me. Also, apple, oranges and carrots can do wonders.
And a must have before and after workout would be…
So among fruits, I normally prefer apples before I start my workout and post-workout would be pomegranate.
What you would prefer to be called: Foodie or Health Conscious?
Obviously, foodie
Do's and Don’ts for staying healthy…
Do's: Please don’t forget the golden rule, ‘Drink lots of water’. Maintain a proper electrolyte balance by either having ores, salt or sugar mixture or fruits with high water content like melon, cucumber, etc. Please try to have only fresh food and avoid frozen food. And yes the magic of good sleep at right time cannot be ignored.
Don’ts: Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages. And guys, street food is a BIG No No.
Who do you look up to as most fit actor/actress in this industry?
I think Ronit Roy is doing a wonderful job…
According to you, few fitness myths which need to be busted…
The more u sweat; the more u burn. I think sweat is a biological response that cools your skin.
