Shakti Arora seems to be taking too much of a risk these days. For this good looking guy is claiming that after the successful stint of Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi( Colors) which ended earlier this year , he was cocksure of bagging   Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9. “I was so over confident  that I let go of many other  projects in it’s wake. Luckily  I was selected as well.”  Shakti first came into the limelight courtesy Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV post leap . He also was part of Tere Liye( Star  Plus ).

What is interesting is that Shakti is self admittedly a bad dancer,“ You could call me 200 left feet., The only dance I know is normal party or dance. Hence  as I have no proper training of other dance forms,  I take a lot of time to master the steps.”  

In this dicey situation wasnt it too much of a risk letting go off meatier roles, especially if he gets eliminated in the early rounds of this prestigious Color's dance show? Is it just possible that he has a signed a minimum guarantee deal, which ensures he will make a fixed amount of money, irrespective of how long he lasts in the Jhalak fray?  Also as he is Colors stable actor, may be the channel might have promised him another show as well ! Who knows !!!
