Friendship Day Special
Adah Khan( Naagin) and Shashank Vyas (Jaana Na Dil Se)
They met courtesy late Pratyusha Banerjee and since then have really become close friends. Adah says,“ He is understanding, humble and sorted in life, having no hang up’s.. He also has a balanced head on his shoulders . We are both similar hence friends.”
Shashank Vyas remembering how they first met says , “ I congratulated her on negative avatar in Amrit Manthanand she liked my Balika Vadhu stuff as well. We quickly jelled up for we have similar wavelengths. It gets tough to connect with folks having a different mindset. What I like best about her is that she is not fake, we can also have conversation’s at a philosophical level. We are always there to help each other with advice when required. The fact that we have wander lust is another binding factor, We recently travelled to Leh , Ladakh along with other common buddies. It was one fun journey.”
Iqbal Khan & Manish Paul
Iqbal Khan does not have many friends in the industry. Manish Paul( Jhalak anchor) is among few exceptions. "We go back a long way. I guess what makes us tick is that both hailing from middle class backgrounds, we are true to each other. Sadly this does not happen much in our industry.”
Manish Paul returns the favour saying, “ Iqbal is the best friend I have, my 2 am buddy. He makes the statement believable that a friend in need is a friend indeed.”
Saara Khan & Angad Hasija
Last but not the least is the dosti between Saara Khan (Kavach) and Angad Hasija (Just entered Waris), Saara says,“ The whole world knows our friendship, he is a real buddy. We have broken the above dictum and proved that friendship’s can be maintained post show( Bidaai), if you so wish. I am also close with his mother and better half Pari( Parneet) as well. We speak every other day and try to catch up once a week. ” Angad on his part says, “ The best part of Ssara i like is that she is genuine person.”
