The movie remained in news for a long time with regards to who will be the lead actors. Our dabangg Salman Khan was supoosed to do the movie, but now it is confirmed that it will have Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. This will be their third movie together after Student of the Year and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. They both share an amazing chemistry. The movie will be directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Dharma Productions.

Even Salman Khan congratulated Varun for bagging the role.
