'Diya Aur Baati Hum', popular show on Star Plus, always managed to keep their viewers glued to screen and curious with their story line. Recently we saw Suraj (Anas Rashid) agreeing to play Kabaddi match for Aditi (Ridhi Dogra). The purpose is to win the prize money of Rs. 50 lakhs which he can use to build his dream hotel. Also we can see Pari having plans to get her mother Emily hitched to someone else with the help of her cousin Misri. Emily’s estranged husband Mohit, tries to make Meenakshi and Vikram against Suraj by scaring them that they can lose their shop if Suraj does not win Kabaddi match. Suraj tries to assure them that he wont ever take such action and is ready to give guarantee when Bhabho interrupts and tells everyone to have faith in Suraj and support him in his difficult time.

She also visits Ankur’s place and tells them that his decision to keep the Rathis away from Vansh and requesting the same from court was unjust. She will never spill the secret of Vansh's biological parents to Vansh and is only interested in meeting her grandchild without any other motives.
