A new gym trend has hit the health freaks called ‘The Human Flag Act’. Recently, Sonu Sood made a lot of buzz performing the act at his gym post a leg surgery over which the entire Bollywood went Gaga over. Now, Shama Sikander`s brother Rizwan Sikander who shares the gym with Sonu also pulled off the amazing act!

According to the sources, Rizwan and Sonu go a long way. It all started when Shama Sikander who worked with Sonu in the Bhagat Singh biopic Shaheed-E-Azam, introduced her brother to him. Ever since, both have been going strong and also shared the same gym. The duo worked as a team and would often discuss their routines and diets. They would hand out tips to each other, motivating themselves to push to their limits.

The Multi-talented actor is being seen in the latest edition of MTV’s Roadies in its 12th season where he has created a huge fan base for his rugged and sexy looks among the females while the men look up to him for his fitness mantra.
