Romedy NOW, India’s exclusive destination for Love and Laughter, continues to fill their viewers life with the sounds of joyous laughter and melody, as the channel showcases some amazing movies and series all month long. In addition to an existing line-up of series such as F.R.I.E.N.D.S., Dharma & Greg, The Middle and many more, the channel has now launched a brand new series called - Cristela. For the first time on Indian Television, the series airs Monday –Friday at 7pm only on Romedy NOW.

Experience the life of Cristela “Cris” Hernandez, a sassy and witty aspiring attorney who lives with her sister and brother-in-law. The series stars Cristela Alonzo, a stand-up comedian who has not only created the show but has also produced, narrated and plays the lead role as well. Her character, ‘Cristela’, always see’s the positive side of any situation. Regardless of her state, be it the pressures of work or home or an identity crisis through it all, she’s always happy, laughing it off and seeing everything in the sunny side of life.

Romedy at First Sight this month includes a line-up of some popular movies like Les Miserables, Rachel Getting Married, Julie & Julia and Blue Crush 2. To make the Saturdays special Everlasting Romedies this month will be featuring titles like The Lake House, City of Angels, and Notting Hill, scheduled at 7pm.

Coming up is the Romedy of the month – Definitely, Maybe which airs on April 25th 2015 at 9pm.
