Alia Bhatt who had debut in Bollywood with Karan Johar’s film ‘Student of the year’ looks up to him a lot. She has been very open about the importance of Karan Johar in her life and she had also cried while thanking him at one of the awards. They were seen together walking a ramp on a party hosted by GEC Colors recently. She chose not so formal attire but what looked cute and chic was the purse she carried. According to sources, Alia told that gift was given by none other than her mentor, Karan on her birthday. The purse had ‘Happy’ written on it. We really liked the cute purse and also it suits Alia’s style statement a lot.

The actor is nowadays busy shooting for ‘Udta Punjab’ which also has Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor as leading actors.
