Actors Ali Fazal and Gurmeet Choudhary, who starred together in Khamoshiyan, seem to be having a lot of issues. Recently, Ali did mince words when he was asked to talk about Gurmeet. He didn't like the fact that Gurmeet was given more importance and said that Gurmeet was given more prominence while promoting the film as he had the advantage of being a TV actor who had a lot of fan following.

It all happened when a journalist asked Ali if Gurmeet had managed to draw in more crowds to the theater owing to his acting skills in the film. According to sources, he said it’s not that Gurmeet’s performance was a crowd-puller in ‘Khamoshiyan’. Instead Gurmeet had received a lot of flak for his acting. Ali went to the extent of saying that Gurmeet was merely used by the makers to promote the film because he has a good fan following, nothing more!

Expectedly, Ali’s interview has created a lot of buzz owing to such criticsms used by him against Gurmeet. Sources also say that Ali has lost a lot of fans owing to his indecent remarks. Although, Ali has sought public apology from Gurmeet on Twitter, the latter is hurt.
