Ronnie Screwvala at Koffee with Karan

Ronnie Screwvala’s entrepreneurial journey is filled with innovation and disruption, and he has done the same for his debut book – Dream With Your Eyes Open. Founder of one of India’s largest media & entertainment conglomerates UTV Group, Ronnie launched his book with a Koffee Session with Karan Johar in an event held at the capital.
The book is already getting rave reviews and congratulatory messages are pouring in from all corners. Hon’able Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has also sent in his encouragement to Ronnie and said, “I hope the book will encourage the youth of India to pursue their dreams, and in doing so, devote their energies to find innovative ways to build better lives for millions of Indians”.

Supporting the book and Ronnie’s attempt to champion the cause of entrepreneurship in the country, are messages from some of the most sought after entrepreneurial stalwarts of our times.

“Businesses need to go beyond the interests of their companies to the communities they serve. I hope this book will inspire many to believe and question how they impact others as they grow their companies, says Ratan Tata.

Mukesh Ambani believes that book will serve as guide for aspiring entrepreneurs, he says, “Ronnie is a 1st generation entrepreneur who I have admired for his energy, drive, passion and risk taking ability. This book will be a guide for the next generation entrepreneurs to be learnt from and be inspired by”.

Anand Mahindra adds, “Good entrepreneurs experience personal success. Great entrepreneurs multiply their success and help others rise along with them. Ronnie is a great entrepreneur.”

“This is just the book we need for inspiring a ‘Start Up Nation’!” aptly says Nandan Nilekani.

“It feels great to receive such support from not just my colleagues but also the leader of our nation. I want India believe that ‘it’s all possible’ and ‘can be done’ and hope they find this inspiration in the book”, signed off Screwvala.
