It was Additi Gupta’s Witchy Act on Qubool Hai!

Zee TV’s Qubool hai has managed to engage its viewers with all kinds of unexpected twists and turns all through its glorious run of over 600 episodes. Once again, the show is all set to take it’s audiences on a rollercoaster ride that will keep them on the edge of your seats. Apart from the evil vamp of the show Misbah (played by Amrapali Gupta) who has taken it upon herself to brew trouble in leading lady Sanam’s (played by Surbhi Jyoti) life, the heroine’s namesake Sanam played by Additi Gupta reveals her true identity in front of Aahil (Karanveer Bohra). Aahil is shattered on finding out that the woman he had considered to be helpless and docile is actually a witch!

Playing the witch on screen has clearly brought out the wicked, naughty side in actor Additi Gupta, who recently scared the daylights out of Karanveer. She laughs, “It’s been exciting to play a witch on television. Recently, there was a scene where I emerge in all my glory as a dayan and I thought of a quirky idea to scare KV. I was wearing a black saree and scared him in the dark with a candle. It was such a laugh riot to see how KV was shocked to see my new avataar!”
