She may be a veteran actress but when it comes to her energy, she is still young at heart. Sulbha Arya who plays a Badi Daadi in &TV’s Begusarai is khadoos and sharp-tongue on screen but off the screen is a different tale to tell. In spite of all her years of experience, the actress still makes it a point to rehearse her scenes well and also takes feedback on her takes to give her best to the role. Sulabha has no trappings of a seasoned actress, and is extremely time punctual. In fact, she is always the first to report on the sets even before her rehearsal times. That’s not all, she is also very affectionate toward all her co-stars and hangs out with the younger gen and has a ball with them between shots all the time. And, her co-stars are always happy to have her around not just for her infectious peppy energy but also because she treats the entire cast to lip-smacking food ever so often. So sometimes it’s garamagaram puran poli or other such snacks for the entire cast every now and then.
