Speaking about the launch Mr. Ajay Bhalwankar, Chief Creative Director, Sony Entertainment Television said, “We have seen that the appetite for horror as a genre has only increased over the years and thus we decided to bring back Aahat for our audiences. Restless, visually sleek, and powered by lithe star performances Aahat offers dark, thought-provoking thrills and I am sure it will be appreciated by our viewers yet again.”
The first episode showcases a hair-raising tale of a couple who move into a new house which is haunted. The spirit befriends the couple's little son and starts troubling the family and the story takes a spin into the most horrifying tale ever seen or told. For the viewers who have been craving to get their dose of spine chilling horror, mysterious happenings and supernatural elements on television the wait is over!!!
