Meghna’s Dream Roles!
Meghna Malik who is currently seen in Gustakh Dil soon will be seen in the film - Zubaan. After playing varied characters on TV and in films, the actress has her own set of Dream Roles that she would love to play and is waiting for the opportunity to come by. Meghna says about the movie and reveals her dream roles, “The subject of the film is a little edgy and has various layers to it. A woman caught up between love of her husband (whom she really loves) and her desires and wishes. It’s an internal conflict divided between the child and the father with Delhi as the back drop. As far as my dream roles are concerned, I wanted to play Juliet from Shakespeare but I have never been cast. What I love is the passion and strength of the mind. I would also love to play Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy. It is the vulnerability of a women, the sadness she carries and the way she is unfulfilled and beloved that attracts me to this character.”
