Sachin Parikh

Sachin Parikh who has done television, theatre and few films will be seen in one of the most talked about film Raj Kumar Hirani’s PK. Talking on his films, he says, “I have not done much movies in my career, I did Kafila and Siyasat. I always wanted to work with stalwarts like Madhur Bhandarkar and R Balki, so I did couple of cameos in Paa and Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji.” So how did Sachin get this golden chance to work with genius Raj Kumar Hirani? Sachin shares, “Mukesh Chhabra who is a well known casting director actually spotted me in a commercial and searched for my number.  It felt great to know that such a famous casting director who has auditioned so many actors for big films was looking for me. He actually showed my commercials to Raj Kumar and that’s how I got the chance of working in PK.  My role will be significant to those kind of people who are educated and career oriented and guide people to select right path.” When asked his experience working with Aamir Khan, pat comes a reply, “Aamir Khan is amazing, I don't have words to describe him. I have seen many actors and I have seen them growing but Aamir is truly a perfectionist. I like his dedication towards his work and  he is so much involved in project. If anyone in the team is not doing it properly he guides them as well. He is my favourite actor and I also like him because he is extremely down to earth person. Aamir is a very humane human being. I like all his movies but my favourite is Andaz Apna Apna and  Dhoom 3.”
