No performance night of Zee TV is complete without the dancing stars of ‘Dance India Dance’ setting the stage on fire. Zee Rishtey Awards 2014 saw a special act, an amalgamation of different emotions and dance styles started with the dancing diva Shakti Mohan and the king of contemporary Mayuresh setting ‘fire to the rain’ in a sensuous rain dance.  Bringing the song ‘Kabhi jo badal barse’ to life, the duo clad in blue danced like passionate lovers under water sprinklers, transporting the audience into their world of rainy romance. The act then stepped-up to some hip-hop with Dharmesh, Shyam and Faisal grooving to the song ‘Nonsense ki Night’. Then it was time for the exceptionally talented young ones to come on stage and give their older contemporaries a tough challenge. The kids with their untiring energy and vigorous dance moves had the audience swaying and dancing with them. The culmination to the act had the masters themselves, Marzi Pestonji and Geeta Kapoor join all their protégés and bring down the house with some Bollywood thumkas to the song ‘Drama Queen’. The seasoned dancers from the cult talent hunt show Dance India Dance, sizzled on stage and had the entire stadium give them a standing ovation.
