This year for Christmas, Peter Kuruvita is sparing the traditional roast in favour of a feast to truly complement Australia’s summer. TLC follows Peter working with locals to catch and cook an array of delicious seafood. He combines organic ingredients from his local farmers’ market into a simple, fresh and delicious four-course Christmas feast. While Lorraine Pascale creates a feast of tasty seasonal dishes, scrumptious edible gifts, and a stunning winter wonderland cake as she prepares for a festive family get-together. There are tips, cheats and ideas that are bound to impress. She has a hamper of edible goodies - including stained glass window cinnamon cookies, dark and white chocolate bark and mulled wine sachets.

The queen of cakes, Rachel Allen also makes a wonderful Christmas cake which will leave viewers drooling. She shares easy Christmas meals and cake recipes that can easily fit into people's lives. In a Christmas special show, Heston Blumenthal unveils his Christmas pudding. Only it’s not an ordinary pudding. Heston creates an incredible six feet tall and four feet wide pudding and presents it to an excited audience.
