It was a grand evening as stars descended on the picturesque Kingdom of Dreams to celebrate Shashi & Anu Ranjan's labour of love - the GR8! Women Awards 2011.

Anu Ranjan's cause against female foeticide ‘beti’ was applauded by CM of Haryana Shri Bhupinder Singh Hooda who said that Haryana has taken many preventive steps in reducing the male female imbalance.

Rani Mukherjee said, "I endorse this wonderful cause called ‘beti’ and fully support this initiative. It feels great to share the stage with such incredible women achievers from all over the country. I am humbled by this honour to felicitate me as the actress of the decade. It is such a wonderful platform to honour women from different walks of life and bring them under the same roof"

Raveena Tandon exclaimed, "I feel privileged to be part of the 10th anniversary celebrations especially because I was one of the lucky ones to be honoured in the first ever edition of the GR8! Women Awards back in 2002. It is heartening to see that the stage has become so huge and magnificent and so many women are being appreciated for work done in various aspects of society. Hope the canvas of GR8! and ‘beti’ grows even bigger in the next decade"
