Jodha turns Sutradhar!
Having wowed the audience with her royal good looks and impeccable portrayal of the Indian princess, Paridhi Sharma aka Jodha of Jodha Akbar is all set to add yet another feather to her cap. She will now be seen hosting Zee TV’s Saturday special show – ‘Shahi Shanivaar’. The show will be a 3 hour special telecast centred around women empowerment with sequences from Zee TV’s shows –Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Jodha Akbar and Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya. All three shows will telecast a one hour special on crime against women where the female protagonists of various shows will be seen taking a stand against evil that exists in our society. Playing a sutradhaar for this three hour special, Paridhi will weave these three stories together as one, giving the audiences a connect between these three stories. Talking about the show, she said, “I was jittery initially when they spoke to me about it. However, slowly over time, I realized that it will be a good platform for me to let the audiences see another dimension to my personality. I hope my fans enjoy the show just as much as I enjoyed shooting for it.”
